Job summary

Michael Page in the Philippines is seeking an experienced compensation professional to own a full-cycle portfolio and drive strategic pay practices across the organisation. You will lead annual salary reviews, manage incentive programs, and perform market benchmarking to ensure equitable and competitive pay.

Collaboration with Payroll, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Finance will be essential. This role offers exposure to regional and global compensation practices within a multinational client

Qualifications

  • Experience managing compensation for hires, promotions and movements.
  • Led annual salary reviews and bonus cycles with planning, modelling, audits, and stakeholder communication.
  • Administer incentive programmes and ensure accurate calculations and payout processes.
  • Conduct job evaluations and maintain job grading frameworks.
  • Perform market benchmarking and update salary structures for competitive pay.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and compensation policies.
  • Provide analytics and reports on compensation for leadership.
  • Support pay equity and market studies.

  • Monitor compliance with applicable labour regulations, compensation policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for HR and business leadership.
  • Respond to compensation-related enquiries and provide expert guidance on pay decisions and policies.
  • Support compensation projects including pay equity reviews, market studies, and organisational reward initiatives.

  • Exposure to compensation survey platforms such as Mercer, WTW, Aon, or Radford.
  • Experience supporting pay equity, compensation benchmarking, or broader total rewards projects.
