Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Temp Pharmacy Assistant for a hospital pharmacy team in the Philippines for a 3-month temporary assignment. You will support the daily dispensing workflow, including picking, labeling, and stock management to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires reliability, punctuality, and flexibility for night shifts and weekends. Prior dispensing experience is an advantage but not required. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• Prior pharmacy or dispensing experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working night shifts, including weekends.
• Able to commit to the full 3-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and label medication with speed and accuracy
• Re-label and print summary labels, correct typing errors, file and count prescriptions
• Assist with drug stock and inventory management, and top up medication
• Transport medication between different areas of the pharmacy within the hospital
• Assist with special projects, general admin and ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor
