Job summary

Staffing For Doctors is seeking an organized, empathetic Patient Care Coordinator to manage administrative and patient care operations for our outpatient family mental health practice.

You will support our core lead provider and per diem clinician across a panel of over 300 patients, handling daily patient communications, running prior authorizations, managing lab orders via Quest, and maintaining clean administrative workflows in Charm EHR and Headway.

Qualifications

• Experience using Charm EHR or similar behavioral health EMR.
• Experience submitting and tracking insurance prior authorizations.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to manage a large patient panel and heavy admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily patient communications and appointment scheduling.
• Process insurance prior authorizations (1–2 daily).
• Coordinate lab orders and results with Quest Diagnostics.
• Maintain patient charts and admin workflows in Charm EHR.
• Coordinate with billing team to update insurance profiles and claims.
