Responsibilities include greeting patients, checking in/out, coordinating appointments, handling payments, maintaining confidential records, and assisting with data entry.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent in any field.
• Experience as a receptionist in healthcare.
• Proficient with medical management software.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Residents of Tarlac preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors and staff with professionalism and care.
• Check-in/check-out and verify insurance information.
• Schedule appointments using medical management systems.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Maintain confidential patient records per privacy regulations.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with filing, data entry and correspondence.
• Provide patients with information about services and procedures.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage waiting areas to enhance patient comfort.
