This is a full-time position based in Angeles, where you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, healthcare professionals, and visitors. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment whilst ensuring seamless administrative operations. Your contributions will directly impact patient experience and the overall functionality of our center, making this a vital position within our healthcare facility.
Greeting and welcoming patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals with professionalism and compassion
Managing patient check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying insurance information and collecting necessary documentation
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments using medical management systems
Answering telephone enquiries and directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel
Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations
Processing patient payments and handling administrative billing enquiries
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Providing patients with information about services, treatment options, and facility procedures
Coordinating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Managing waiting areas to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction
College Graduate (Any course)
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a medical or healthcare setting
Proficiency in using medical management software and general office management systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Professional and empathetic demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare privacy regulations
Competent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems
Reliable transportation and punctuality to maintain consistent attendance
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
Previous experience in an oncology or chemotherapy center would be highly valued
Must be residing in Angeles
