Qualifications

• College graduate in any field.
• Experience as receptionist in medical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficient with medical management software and office systems.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Confidentiality and patient privacy are essential.
• Proactive and empathetic with patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and with empathy.
• Verify insurance and collect required documentation at check-in/out.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments in the system.
• Answer calls and route to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records per regulations.
• Process payments and respond to billing inquiries.
• Keep reception area clean, organized, and professional.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Provide information about services and procedures.
• Coordinate with clinical and admin staff for smooth operations.
