Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies on company premises.

I.Job Mission / Summay

A company physician provides medical care, health assessments, and occupational safety guidance to employees inside a corporate or industrial setting.

II. Duties / Responsibilities

1. Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations

2. Advise management on occupational health risks, workplace accommodations, and return-to-work assessments

3. Provides primary medical care, advises, consultation, and treatment to employees.

4. Manage workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies (including all activities within the company premises)

5. Assess employees' medical results to work and provide appropriate medical clearances.

6. Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records and documentation.

7. Provide referrals, diagnostic tests, hospitalization, and follow-up care when necessary on the employee's case and situation.

III. Job Specification, Competencies and Profile

1. Licensed Medical Doctor with active PRC Licensed

2. Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)

3. Occupational Health Physician

4. Preferred background or certification in Occupational Medicine or basic safety training.

5. Strong communication, documentation, and basic clinical assessment abilities

6. Minimum of 3-4hrs a day / 3 times a week.
