Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized nutrition consultations and assessments, providing personalized, evidence-based dietary guidance based on employees' health needs, lifestyles, and wellness goals.
• Develop and implement nutrition and wellness programs that promote healthy eating, disease prevention, and sustainable lifestyle habits.
• Collaborate with the Company Nurse and Company Doctor to address nutrition-related health concerns and support coordinated healthcare and preventive health initiatives.
• Provide nutrition education through wellness sessions, seminars, campaigns, and other employee engagement activities.
• Support employees with nutrition-related concerns, including weight management, metabolic health, and other conditions requiring dietary guidance within the scope of professional practice.
• Develop practical nutrition resources, meal plans, and educational materials tailored to employees' health needs and wellness goals.
• Monitor employee participation and identify opportunities to improve nutrition and wellness programs based on emerging health needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential consultation records, ensuring the appropriate handling and protection of employee health information.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to integrate nutrition initiatives into the broader employee health and wellness strategy.
• Support the expansion of nutrition consultations and wellness initiatives to employees across global operations, including virtual consultations and coordination across locations and time zones, as the program develops.

The Role

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Licensed Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian (RND) in the Philippines.
• Relevant experience in nutrition counseling, clinical nutrition, corporate wellness, or health promotion is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition assessment, dietary planning, preventive healthcare, and evidence-based nutrition practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate nutrition concepts into practical, easy-to-understand guidance.
• A genuine interest in employee health, wellness, and preventive care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals while managing consultations and wellness initiatives independently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential health information appropriately.

Work Setup

• Full-time in the office and working in a full morning shift
• Must be flexible in case there is a need for virtual consultations and coordinate with employees across different locations and time zones as the global wellness program develops.
