Job summary

Suyen Corporation is seeking a dedicated Company Nurse to support employee health in a fast-paced corporate and retail setting. This role is based at Scentral Laboratories, Bagumbayan Taguig City, with a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities include primary care, wellness program management, benefits administration, and medical record keeping. PRC-licensed RN with good interpersonal skills and organizational abilities is required.

Qualifications

• A Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification is a significant advantage.
• 1–2 years of corporate or clinical experience; fresh graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle admin tasks with precision.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing care and first aid to employees.
• Lead wellness initiatives including annual physical exams, vaccination drives, and health seminars.
• Facilitate health-related benefits such as HMO enrollments, SSS sickness notifications, and EC claims.
• Maintain confidential, up-to-date health records for all personnel.
• Oversee clinic inventory and ensure medicines/supplies are stocked.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE and OSH workplace health and safety standards.

What You Will Do

• Primary Care & Emergency Response: Administer immediate nursing care and first aid to employees in cases of illness or injury.
• Health Program Management: Lead wellness initiatives, including annual physical exams (APE), vaccination drives, and health seminars to keep our workforce thriving.
• Benefits Administration: Facilitate and process health-related benefits such as HMO enrollments, Sickness Notifications (SSS), and EC claims.
• Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date health records for all personnel.
• Clinic Inventory: Oversee the procurement and management of medicines and medical supplies, ensuring the clinic is always "mission-ready."
• Compliance: Ensure the company remains compliant with DOLE and OSH standards regarding workplace health and safety.

What We Are Looking For

• A Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification is a significant advantage.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a corporate or clinical setting (Fresh graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are welcome to apply!).
