Summary:
The Company Nurse is responsible for providing basic healthcare services to employees, promoting workplace health and safety, and assisting in managing medical concerns and emergencies within the workplace.
Responsibilities:
Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees who are injured or become ill at work.
Assess employees' health concerns and determine appropriate next steps or referrals when necessary.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation.
Monitor and manage the company's first-aid supplies and medical equipment.
Assist in handling workplace accidents, injuries, and medical emergencies.
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers when needed.
Monitor employee health concerns and assist with health and wellness programs.
Support occupational health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable workplace health standards.
Conduct health assessments and basic health monitoring activities as required.
Prepare medical reports and maintain records of consultations, incidents, and treatments.
Assist HR and Management in matters related to employee health and medical concerns.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
Preferably with experience as a Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or similar role.
With knowledge of basic first aid, emergency response, and occupational health and safety practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must be compassionate, approachable, and capable of handling medical situations calmly.
Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse.
Must be willing to work onsite and be available to respond to workplace medical emergencies and employee health concerns.
