About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Company Nurse to join our team at Cebu Tele-Net Philippines Corporation. As a Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care and support to our employees during the night shift, working on a fixed schedule with rest days on weekends. This is a full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu.

What you'll be doing

• Providing first aid and emergency medical treatment to employees as needed
• Maintaining detailed medical records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Promoting health and safety awareness through education and training initiatives
• Ensuring the clinic is stocked with necessary medical supplies and equipment
• Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and maintaining the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct
• Assist the HR Department in some day to day responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong clinical skills and an understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
