Job summary

Container Corporation of the Philippines is seeking a health officer to provide basic medical care and first aid to employees, conduct health assessments, and monitor health conditions in the workplace. You will maintain medical records and health-related documentation, manage the clinic's supplies, and support OSHA-aligned programs in coordination with HR and Safety.

The role involves administrative duties and requires good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to perform administrative work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic medical care and first aid to employees in cases of illness, injury, or workplace emergencies
• Conduct health assessments and monitor employees' health conditions
• Maintain and update employees' medical records and health-related documentation
• Monitor and manage the company clinic's medical supplies and equipment
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs in coordination with the HR and Safety Departments
• Support health and wellness programs, including medical examinations, health awareness activities, and vaccination programs
• Prepare and maintain medical reports and other health-related documents as required
• Respond promptly to workplace accidents and emergencies and coordinate with external healthcare providers when necessary
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks related to occupational health as assigned
