Job summary

goFLUENT Philippines is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to protect and promote employee health in a stable corporate setting. You will manage health programs, provide first aid, maintain confidential records, and help ensure DOLE compliance.

Requirements include an RN with active PRC license, 1 year experience, and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills. BOSH certification is a plus. The job is onsite in Eastwood with a fixed day shift 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred.
• BOSH certification is a plus (training support available).

Responsibilities

• Manage occupational health programs, including PEME, APE, ECU, return-to-work assessments, and workplace health monitoring.
• Provide first aid and emergency medical care during workplace incidents and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain confidential employee health records, surveillance data, and medical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE requirements, occupational health standards, and company safety policies, including report preparation and audits.
• Conduct workplace inspections and support the Safety Team in identifying risks and implementing health and safety programs.
• Promote employee wellness initiatives and provide basic health counseling and guidance.
• Manage HMO administration and group life insurance records, including enrollment and updates.
• Maintain availability of first-aid supplies, medicines, and medical equipment.
• Support HR and administrative tasks related to occupational health functions.

What Are We Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active PRC license (required)
• At least 1 year of experience (preferred)
• BOSH certification is a plus (training support available)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both clinical and administrative work
• With administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for records tracking and reporting
• Willing to work 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM onsite in Eastwood
