Job summary

As a Company Nurse, you will not just be providing clinical care; you will be the strategic driver of our comprehensive health programs. You will have the autonomy to develop and implement initiatives that directly impact the well-being of our entire workforce, ensure legal compliance, and act as a key health advisor to the company. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Health Program Management & Strategy: Develop and implement the organization’s comprehensive health program in compliance with all health and legal standards. Conduct surveillance of worker’s health based on medical records, analyze its implications, and recommend appropriate administrative actions. Customize and implement health awareness campaigns based on emerging diseases and national health concerns. Periodically coordinate with government agencies on new regulations and recommend updates to company health policies. Optimize the section’s budget by sourcing free resources, medicines, and vaccines.
• Compliance & Reporting: Present health objectives and plans during internal and external audits. Consolidate and submit required occupational health and safety reports to DOLE and the Bureau of Working Conditions. Generate all necessary reports and documentation related to Clinic Services.
• Clinical Care & Employee Support: Administer First Aid treatment to employees for ailments and accidents. Conduct initial medical assessments (patient interviews, vital signs) before consultations with the company physician. Act as a resource speaker during the New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP). Facilitate the registration of new hires with the City Hall.

Who You Are (Qualifications/Desired Skills):

• Education & Licensure: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and have a valid professional license.
• Certification: You preferably have an OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) certification, though it is not a strict requirement.
• Skills: You are proficient in MS Office applications. You have strong skills in patient care and understand health delivery systems. You can communicate effectively in English.
