Job summary

Celeraise in Makati, Philippines seeks a dedicated Health and Safety Officer for our direct healthcare services. You will provide immediate medical assistance, conduct health checks, and coordinate referrals to healthcare professionals.

You will develop health and safety programs, educate staff on wellness and safety, maintain confidential records, and ensure DOLE compliance while coordinating with HR and external providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in first aid and emergency care within a workplace.
• Familiarity with health assessments and occupational safety.
• Knowledge of health records and DOLE regulations.

First Aid and Emergency Care: Providing immediate medical assistance to employees for injuries and illnesses, including administering medications and treatments as needed.
Health Assessments: Conducting routine health checks, monitoring employee health status, and assessing employee health risks.
Referrals: Referring employees to healthcare professionals or specialists when necessary.
Health and Safety Programs:

Developing and Implementing Programs: Creating and overseeing health and safety programs, including wellness initiatives and preventative measures.
Health Education: Educating employees on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and workplace safety.
Risk Assessment: Identifying and evaluating potential health hazards in the workplace and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Record Keeping and Compliance:

Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate and confidential employee health records and reports.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, including those set by government agencies like DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment).
