Job summary

Excelsior Farms Inc. is seeking a dedicated Health Professional to provide basic healthcare services to employees at our Cebu City facility.

You will gather medical histories, perform diagnostic tests, dispense medicines, administer first aid, and operate basic medical equipment. You will raise healthcare awareness, educate staff about illness management, and coordinate with our partner HMO for health reporting.

Qualifications

• Gathers and records medical history and symptoms for all employees.
• Performs diagnostic tests.
• Administers first aid treatment and dispensing of medicines.
• Maintains and operates basic medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic healthcare for the employees.
• Gathers and records medical history and symptoms for all employees.
• Performs diagnostic tests.
• Administers prescribed medication and treatment.
• First aid treatment.
• Medicine dispensing.
• Operate basic medical equipment.
• Raises healthcare awareness.
• Advocates health and wellbeing of employees.
• Educates employees about management of illnesses.
• Provides support and advice to employees regarding health.
• Establishes, monitors, and reports employee health issues as provided by our partner HMO.
• Spearheads annual physical examination for employees.
• Assists facilitation of safety drills such as but not limited to: earthquake drill, fire drill, etc.
• Implementing and monitoring of Emergency Response Team.
• Acts as a liaison between the company and external bodies.
• Conducts safety and security training programs for the employees.
• Conducts daily/monthly inspection of fire equipment such as fire extinguisher and smoke detector.
• Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
