Job summary

KRIMP & WEDGE INC. is seeking a responsible Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of goods to customers and project sites in Metro Manila and nearby areas. You will handle delivery documentation, sign-offs, and coordinate with receiving personnel to ensure accurate handoffs.

Applicants should hold a valid Professional Driver's License, have a clean driving record, and be capable of loading or unloading goods as needed. Willingness to travel to customer locations and project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License.

• Previous experience as a company, delivery, or logistics driver is preferred.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila and nearby areas is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of assisting with loading/unloading goods.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and safety-conscious.
• Detail-oriented and capable of properly completing delivery documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel to customer locations and project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver company goods, materials, and documents to customers and designated locations.
• Ensure that delivered items are complete and in good condition upon receipt.
• Coordinate with the customer's authorized receiving personnel during delivery.
• Present and facilitate the signing/stamping of required delivery documents.
• Verify that customer acknowledgments, signatures, dates, names, and receiving details are properly completed before leaving the delivery location.
• Secure and return all signed/stamped documents to the appropriate company personnel for filing and billing purposes.
• Immediately report any discrepancies, shortages, damages, rejected items, or delivery issues.
• Maintain proper custody and accountability of company goods and documents while in transit.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned company vehicle

About the role

Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of company goods to customers and project sites. The position also handles the necessary delivery documentation and ensures that all required paperwork is properly completed, signed, stamped, and returned to the company upon successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver company goods, materials, and documents to customers and designated locations
• Ensure that delivered items are complete and in good condition upon receipt
• Coordinate with the customer's authorized receiving personnel during delivery
• Present and facilitate the signing/stamping of required delivery documents, including Delivery Receipts (DR), Invoices, Purchase Orders, Receiving Reports, and other related documents
• Verify that customer acknowledgments, signatures, dates, names, and receiving details are properly completed before leaving the delivery location
• Secure and return all signed/stamped documents to the appropriate company personnel for filing and billing purposes
