Job summary

MicroSourcing International is hiring a Company Driver for onsite dayshift at Two E-comm, MOA Pasay City. You will provide safe, punctual driving for executives and staff, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and handle messenger errands with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college-level education.
• Valid Professional Driver's License with appropriate restriction codes.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive driver setting.
• Solid knowledge of Metro Manila roads and major districts.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation tools and trip logging on mobile devices.
• Excellent road safety, defensive driving, and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Your Role

As a Company Driver, you will:

• Provide safe, reliable, punctual, and professional driving services to company executives, employees, clients, and authorized guests.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain the assigned company vehicle in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, fuel consumption reports, and vehicle dispatches in compliance with company fleet policies.
• Perform messenger and runner duties including the timely pickup, delivery, and submission of official documents, packages, and administrative errands.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, periodic servicing, vehicle registration, and repairs with the Facilities and Client Services (FACS) team.
• Exercise defensive driving practices, strictly observe traffic regulations, and prioritize passenger safety while maintaining strict confidentiality.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• High school diploma or college-level education.
• Valid Professional Driver's License with appropriate restriction codes.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive driver setting.
• Solid knowledge of Metro Manila roads, major business districts, airports, and common provincial routes.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using GPS navigation tools and basic mobile device literacy for trip logging.
• Excellent road safety orientation, defensive driving skills, and high commitment to client confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience supporting corporate executive transport and fleet management in a BPO or MNC environment.
• Experience handling administrative runner duties, government banking errands, and document dispatches.
