Responsabilités

• Safely drive the CEO to appointments, meetings, and events.
• Provide safe, punctual transportation for the CEO.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off based on schedules.

• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.

About the role

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and experienced Driver to provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for the CEO, including travel to meetings, business appointments, company events, and other official engagements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent driving skills, extensive knowledge of Metro Manila and NCR routes, and a high level of professionalism, discretion, punctuality, and dependability. The successful candidate must be safety-conscious, well-presented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Safely and professionally drive the CEO to appointments, meetings, errands, and other destinations
• Provide safe, punctual, and reliable transportation for the CEO
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off based on daily schedules and changing priorities
• Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure on-time arrival
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and excellent condition of the assigned vehicle at all times
• Conduct regular basic vehicle checks and promptly report any maintenance or mechanical concerns
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs when necessary
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company activities, personal matters, schedules, business information, and other sensitive matters
• Follow all traffic regulations, road safety requirements, and company policies at all times
• Exercise professionalism, discretion, courtesy, patience, and good judgment when dealing with executives, family members, clients, and other individuals

About you

• Valid Professional Driver's License
• Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila routes and traffic conditions
• Experienced in driving high-value, luxury vehicles
• Able to communicate in English
• Experience working with foreign clients
• Clean driving record and responsible driving habits
• Professional, punctual, trustworthy, discreet, respectful, and well-mannered
• Flexible and willing to adjust to changing schedules and last minute requirements
• Able to maintain confidentiality regarding both company and personal matters
• Can confidently use Waze, Google Maps, or similar apps for navigation
