New City Builders, Inc. is seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to provide essential transportation services to our senior management and key personnel. As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, punctual, and comfortable travel whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our company, as you will be entrusted with the responsibility of transporting valued members of our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Operating vehicles safely and efficiently whilst adhering to all traffic laws and regulations

• Planning and managing optimal routes to ensure punctual arrival at all destinations

• Maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, servicing and minor maintenance checks

• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify any mechanical issues or safety concerns

• Providing courteous and professional service to assigned passengers at all times

• Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding passenger information, conversations and travel itineraries

• Keeping accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption and maintenance activities

• Coordinating with administrative staff to manage travel schedules and ensure seamless transportation logistics

• Responding promptly to passenger requests and adapting to changing schedules with flexibility and professionalism

• Adhering to company policies and safety protocols at all times

What we're looking for

• Valid Professional Driver's License (Class 1 or Class 2) with a clean driving record

• Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience in an executive or personal driver capacity

• Comprehensive knowledge of Quezon City, Metro Manila and surrounding areas, including alternative routes

• Excellent defensive driving skills and a strong commitment to passenger safety

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to remain calm and courteous in all situations

• High level of discretion, reliability and trustworthiness, particularly regarding confidential matters

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and adapt to changing priorities

• Attention to detail in vehicle maintenance and record-keeping

• Proficiency in basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends as required

• Preferably, experience with premium or luxury vehicles would be advantageous
