We are looking for a reliable, careful, and professional driver to support a busy executive with business meetings, work engagements, and personal appointments. Safety is our highest priority. The ideal candidate is patient, discreet, and calm under pressure, with strong familiarity with Metro Manila, particularly Makati and BGC. This role requires someone who can adapt to changing schedules while maintaining a safe and comfortable journey.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the executive safely and punctually to business and personal engagements.

• Plan routes ahead, considering traffic, road conditions, alternative routes, parking, and pickup points.

• Adjust calmly to changes in destinations, schedules, and instructions, including last-minute requests.

• Remain patient during waiting periods and reachable for pickup instructions.

• Maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment inside the vehicle, respecting the passenger's need for quiet, privacy, or time to work.

• Keep the vehicle clean, properly fuelled, and ready for use. Perform basic checks and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.

• Keep accurate records of fuel, toll, parking, and other authorised driving expenses.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding conversations, appointments, locations, and personal or business matters.

About you

• Holds a valid driver's licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle and has a good driving record.

• Has relevant driving experience; experience as an executive or personal driver is an advantage.

• Knows Metro Manila well, especially Makati and BGC, and can use navigation apps safely.
