Job summary

ISTANA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is seeking an Executive Driver to provide safe, discreet transport for company executives in Clark Pampanga and adjacent areas. The role requires punctuality, professionalism, and a strong knowledge of local routes to ensure timely arrivals.

The ideal candidate will have a valid professional driver’s license, 3–5 years of executive-driving experience, a clean record, and expertise in GPS/navigation tools. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive or Company Driver, preferably for senior executives.
• Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations or accidents.
• Extensive knowledge of Metro Manila roads, routes, and traffic conditions.
• Proficient in using GPS, navigation applications, and other mapping tools.
• Willing to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Must be able to be assigned in Clark Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport company executives to meetings, appointments, business engagements, and other destinations.
• Ensure the executive arrives at destinations safely and on time.
• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to minimize travel time.
• Maintain the vehicle in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
• Conduct regular basic vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or mechanical concerns.
• Coordinate with the executive's office regarding schedules and changes in itinerary.
• Exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Observe proper driving etiquette and all road safety regulations.
• Perform other driver-related duties as may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Preferably 30–50 years old
• Holder of a valid Professional Driver’s License
• At least 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive or Company Driver, preferably for senior executives
• Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations or accidents
• Extensive knowledge of Metro Manila roads, routes, and traffic conditions
• Proficient in using GPS, navigation applications, and other mapping tools
• Knowledgeable in road safety regulations and proper vehicle operation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
• Polite, courteous, and professional in dealing with executives, clients, and other individuals
• Well-groomed and maintains a professional appearance
• Willing to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
• Willing to be assigned in Clark Pampanga
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the executive's schedule, activities, and other company matters
• With good moral character
• Must provide active and verifiable character references from previous employers
• Must have complete and updated employment requirements, including NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other applicable documents
