Qualifications

• Education as listed: Diploma or equivalent in business, design, or related fields.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and organization are required.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays to support events.

Responsibilities

• Administer digital platforms, set up online/hybrid workshops, and manage event logistics.
• Serve as the community touchpoint, connecting clients to appropriate services.
• Design and publicize content using e-flyers, leaflets, standees, and social media.
• Maintain partnership database and disseminate event details to schools and partners.
• Oversee operations and logistics, inventory, and vendor coordination.
