Morgan McKinley Singapore is seeking a Programme Associate to drive digital and event engagement, connect families with support services, and design promotional content for FFL programmes across schools and communities.
You will coordinate online and live workshops, manage partnerships, and track participation data for reporting, supporting families through life education initiatives in Singapore.

As a Programme Associate, you are the engine behind the Families for Life (FFL) movement—bringing impactful, evidence-based parenting, marriage, and Family Life Education (FLE) programmes to schools, community partners, and homes across Singapore.

You won't be stuck behind a desk all day. Your role blends digital operations, event logistics, creative media design, and direct community engagement:
Drive Digital & Event Engagement: Administer FFL digital platforms, set up online/hybrid workshops, and manage logistics and setup for live community events and school workshops.
Be the Community Touchpoint: Connect directly with clients, listen to their presenting concerns, and connect them with appropriate internal and external family support services.
Design & Publicize Content: Craft visually engaging e-flyers, leaflets, standees, and social media updates to promote FFL programmes using your creative media skills.
Strengthen Partnerships: Maintain our partnership database, keep track of partner touchpoints, and ensure timely dissemination of event details to schools and community agencies.
Manage Operations & Logistics: Oversee facility upkeep, manage collateral storage inventory, coordinate with external vendors/contractors, and track participation data for reporting.
Must-Haves
Education: Polytechnic Diploma in Business Administration, Accountancy, Project Management, Media-Arts-Design (or equivalent); OR ITE Technical Diploma / Work-Study Diploma.
Flexibility: Willingness to work on Saturdays to support events tailored to working families (time off-in-lieu provided in accordance with organization policy).
Skills: Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong organizational ability.
Nice‑to‑Haves
1–2 years of relevant experience in event administration, media design, partnership communications, or Excel data management and analysis.
Professional certifications in Digital Media and Communications.
