Private Advertiser is seeking a Regional Public Relations Coordinator to support public relations, external communications, community engagement, partnerships, events, sponsorships, CSR programs, and on-ground activations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in PR, marketing communications, events, community relations, account management, or field coordination is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• Resourceful, proactive and solution-oriented with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel and work during events, weekends, or outside office hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in public relations, marketing communications, external relations, and community engagement activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with barangay officials, community leaders, organizations, partners, suppliers, promoters, and other stakeholders.
• Support planning, coordination and execution of events, sponsorships, CSR programs, and on-ground activations.
• Coordinate event logistics including schedules, materials, manpower, venues, and requirements.
• Identify practical solutions to challenges in projects and field activities.
• Research and identify potential partners, communities, events, opportunities, and resources.
• Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, correspondence, and activity documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Adapt to different environments, communities, responsibilities, and work arrangements.
• Represent the company professionally during events and external engagements.
• Handle company information, funds, materials, and assigned responsibilities with honesty and professionalism.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Marketing Communications Team Leader or supervisors.
• Willing to be assigned in Northern Luzon, Central Luzon, North Central Luzon and CALABARZON.
