Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop and implement Power BI solutions for operational and strategic decision-making across commodities. You will partner with stakeholders to understand needs, upgrade reporting tools and ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analytics or BI, strong data modelling skills, and experience shaping global dashboards for a multinational audience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
• Proven ability to build dashboards, visualisations, and KPI scorecards.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and performance tuning.
• Experience communicating with a global user base and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement BI solutions using Power BI for multiple functions and commodities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and upgrade reporting tools as needed.
• Validate data integrity and advise on data collection improvements for accuracy and GDPR compliance.
• Work with IT to optimise data storage, security, and global data lake preparation for analytics.
• Act as Power BI Workspace Admin, managing access and automations.
• Maintain a global repository of reports to ensure a single source of truth.
• Train users and drive adoption of Power BI across the organisation.
