Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a skilled Data Analyst / Business Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights. The role focuses on data cleansing, mapping, and dashboarding in Power BI or Tableau for strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality BI outputs, translate business needs into technical solutions, and continuously improve data quality and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of proven experience as Data Analyst or Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and mapping.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, including dashboard creation and calculations (DAX).
• Strong SQL skills preferred.
• Ability to interpret and manipulate complex datasets.
• Excellent communication to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
