Bebang Enterprise Inc. is seeking an on-site Operations Management professional in Camangyanan Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

The role involves supervising daily commissary operations, inventory control, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining health and safety standards. You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Commissary Manager on ordering and distribution, and uphold compliance with policies and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, inventory management, or food service operations.
• Prior leadership roles (TL, Assistant Supervisor, Supervisor) in a Commissary are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Commissary Manager in supervising daily operations, ordering, stocking, packaging, and distribution.
• Monitor workflow and staff efficiency in fulfilling inmate/customer orders and restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in commissary areas.
• Ensure accurate labeling, pricing, and shelf stocking.
• Conduct regular inventory, equipment, and storage inspections.
• Train and supervise clerks or inmate workers; manage shift coverage.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure popular items are available.
• Record transactions and ensure accounting policy compliance.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Adhere to policies, ensure product handling rules, and maintain audit-ready records.

Job description

Operations Management

• Assist the Commissary Manager in supervising daily commissary operations including ordering, stocking, packaging, and distribution of goods.
• Monitor workflow and ensure staff efficiency in filling inmate/customer orders or retail restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of commissary areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure accurate labeling, pricing, and shelf stocking.
• Conduct regular inspections of inventory, equipment, and storage conditions.

Staff Supervision

• Together with the Commissary Manager, train, schedule, and supervise commissary clerks, assistants, or inmate workers.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action as needed.
• Ensure proper coverage and shift assignments to meet operational needs.

Inventory and Financial Control

• Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure availability of popular items.
• Perform routine inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and compliant with accounting policies.

Customer Service

• Ensure that all stakeholders are served properly with highest level of good customer service.
• Resolve customer or staff complaints effectively and professionally.
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Promote a positive customer experience and maintain professional demeanor at all times.

Compliance & Security

• Adhere to and enforce institutional, legal, and company policies regarding commissary operations.
• Ensure that commissary employees follow all rules concerning product handling and restricted items.
• Maintain accurate records for audits, inspections, and security compliance.
• Coordinate with respective stakeholders when needed to ensure safety protocols are observed.

Qualifications:

• Must be graduate of any Bachelor's Degree related to Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, inventory management, or food service operations.
• Prior leadership (TL, Assistant Supervisor, Supervisor) experience in a Commissary is a must.
• Interested candidates must be willing to work fully on-site in 3MD Camangyanan Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
• Interested candidates must be willing to work on a shifting schedule (Morning and Graveyard), 6 days per week.
