Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, production, and packing of food products according to company standards.
• Follow standardized recipes, portioning, and production procedures.
• Prepare and organize ingredients and materials needed for daily production.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients and finished products.
• Assist with inventory checking and monitoring of supplies.
• Ensure products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist in loading, organizing, and preparing products for delivery to branches or outlets.
• Perform other commissary-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
