Job summary

Vault Outsourcing OPC is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Support Officer to join our growing BPO team in the banking and financial services space. You will review bank statements, credit reports, and financial documents, identify risks, and support lending decisions with thorough analysis.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to learn. Experience in financial services or credit operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze bank statements, credit reports, financial documents, and other relevant information
• Identify discrepancies, trends, risks, and key information to support lending decisions
• Make recommendations on commercial lending applications based on guidelines
• Assess drawdown requests for Lines of Credit and ensure they meet conditions
• Review variations to existing credit decisions within authority
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of information and documentation
• Escalate complex cases, risks, or exceptions when required
• Collaborate with Credit Operations, Sales, and other teams
• Maintain records and provide timely updates on applications and requests
• Learn and develop knowledge of commercial lending and financial analysis
