Responsibilities

• Identify and secure prospective tenants to achieve leasing targets and occupancy goals.
• Manage lease negotiations, contract preparation, and lease renewals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address leasing concerns.
• Evaluate tenant mix and recommend strategies to improve mall performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities.
• Coordinate with mall operations, marketing, and management teams to support tenant performance.
• Monitor tenant sales performance and ensure compliance with lease agreements and mall policies.
• Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
