Responsibilities

Source, inspect, and manage commercial property listings (office, retail, and business spaces).

Maintain updated property database, listings, and weekly activity reports.

Setup: 70% Field Work 30% Office Work

About La Theoz Realty: La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services Inc. is a leading real estate brokerage and property management firm specializing in commercial leasing, office space management, and property investments. We are expanding our Commercial Division and looking for a dynamic, business-minded Commercial Leasing Executive who can manage listings, assist clients, and build strong relationships with property owners across Metro Manila.

Key Responsibilities

Source, inspect, and manage commercial property listings (office, retail, and business spaces)
