Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) is seeking a Licensed Mechanical Engineer to oversee technical operations for a commercial facility in Baguio. The role includes equipment inspections, budgeting for repairs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of related experience, preferably within property, real estate, or large commercial facilities. Monday–Saturday work schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Must hold a registered/licensed Mechanical Engineer license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
• Preferably 2 years in Property / Real Estate / Commercial Facility or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspects equipment and common areas, along with contractual supervisors to ensure that they are in good running condition
• Prepares of the budget for repairs and maintenance
• Ensures compliance with all government requirements
• Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building
• Do other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the work
• Will work in a commercial / office facility
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
