Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) invites applications for a registered Mechanical Engineer to lead the technical operations of our commercial facilities in the Philippines.

You will inspect equipment, prepare budgets for repairs, ensure government compliance, and support the Engineering Manager in all technical aspects. A minimum of five years in property or real estate maintenance is preferred. The role is based in major business districts with a Monday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered / Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably 2 years experienced employees specializing in Property / Real Estate / Commercial Facility or equivalent.
• Will work in a commercial / office facility.
• Possible locations: Makati, BGC, Quezon City, Nuvali.
• Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday 8 AM - 5PM.

Responsibilities

• Inspects equipment and common areas, along with contractual supervisors to ensure that they are in good running condition
• Prepares of the budget for repairs and maintenance
• Ensures compliance with all government requirements
• Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building
• Do other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the work
