Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Estimating & Procurement professional to lead commercial estimating, tendering, and procurement for commercial construction projects in Quezon City, Philippines. The role bridges estimating, pre-construction, value management, and project handover with ownership across cost certainty and procurement strategy.

You will review drawings, develop cost plans, coordinate subcontractor pricing, and contribute to design input and value engineering to improve project

Qualifications

• Strong experience in commercial construction estimating and tender submissions.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specs, schedules, and contracts.
• Ability to obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Experience identifying scope gaps and pricing risks in complex projects.
• Knowledge of AS 4000 and ABIC-style contracts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, cost plans, trade breakdowns, and tender submissions.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, contracts, and tender documentation.
• Provide cost input during pre-construction, value management, and early procurement.
• Develop clear trade packages and manage procurement pathways.
• Support project handover with thorough commercial information and cost certainty.
