Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a skilled Cost Management professional in the Philippines to deliver and oversee cost estimates, cost plans, and contract cost control for our construction projects.

As a key member of our team, you will supervise BOQ preparation, tender documentation, financial reporting, and final account completion, collaborating across design and site teams to ensure budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably 5 years' construction project experience.
• Ability to multitask and detail-oriented; strong problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and prepare cost estimates and cost plans to keep budgets within the agreed amount.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities with QA documents for accurate cost reporting.
• Prepare tender documents and reports for timely bids and priced documents.
• Prepare and review contract documents to keep to schedule.
• Evaluate site work for interim certificate amounts.
• Review Construction Bulletins and PMI/WAO with contractors to resolve variations.
• Prepare and monitor financial statements for client cost control.
• Prepare and review documents for Final Account completion.
