• Identify new markets, distribution opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Strengthen market penetration, distribution coverage, and customer relationships.
• Oversee pricing, trade investments, promotions, forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive execution.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with accountability and collaboration.

• Sales & Distribution: Strengthen market penetration, distribution coverage, customer relationships, and channel effectiveness.
• Commercial Management: Oversee pricing strategies, trade investments, promotions, sales forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and address business risks.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure effective execution and business performance.
