AIA Shared Services is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Command Center Operations in Makati, overseeing IT service availability, incident management, and batch processing. You will drive monitoring efficiency and strategic initiatives across IT operations, engaging with senior stakeholders to align priorities and business needs.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT operations with at least 5 years in leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
ITIL/CompTIA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor IT teams including service desk and monitoring.
Ensure timely incident resolution and minimal downtime.
Oversee system and network monitoring and batch operations.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
Communicate with stakeholders to align objectives and priorities.
