- Processing periodicals
Technical Services
- P81 Cataloging and classification (Print and non-print materials)
- P90 Indexing (print and non-print materials)
- P91 Revising indexed articles
- Editing (Off-line and On-line)
- Assisting in the maintenance of library databases
- Preparing finding aides/inventory guides of the archival collection
- Inspecting processed microforms
User Education and Services
- P101 Operating the reserved/circulation system for all types of materials
- P103 Operating the inter-library loan system Reference Services
- P114 Answering bibliographic factual inquiries using reference sources
- Performing reference work covering a well defined subject matter
