Job summary

TASQ in Centris, QC is seeking a seasoned Collections Team Lead for onsite work. You will manage a 15–20 member team, coaching staff to achieve SLAs, KPIs, and deliverables while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role requires strong collections domain knowledge, regulatory awareness, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced BPO environment. Start date is August 14, 2026, with UK time scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college education with no back subjects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections operations and leading a team.
• Exposure to UK/US/AU banking or collections domains.
• Solid knowledge of collections processes, bucket flows, and terminology.
• Experience managing collections teams with data/report familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a 15–20 member collections team to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Directly work with customers and teammates to provide best-in-class service.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and perform performance evaluations.
• Identify and escalate risks that may impact the business.
• Monitor interactions to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
• Develop team and foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Use reporting to guide coaching and performance decisions.
• Assist with budgeting analyses and ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Ensure staff skills keep pace with customer expectations.
• Handle escalation calls as required in a fast-paced setting.
