Qualifications

• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit the number of cases/calls as mandated by the client.
• Review calls for adherence to guidelines.
• Record feedback and identify agent improvements.
• Update core processes and calibrate with clients.
• Collaborate with supervisors to report trends.
• Develop training materials to support QA.
• Create quality scorecards to track performance.
