Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure process execution per client contract and drive performance metrics.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance data and RCA findings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client and internal teams to manage forecasts and headcount needs.
• Coach and develop team members, address underperformance, and support training needs.
• Drive automation opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery.
