Job summary

Skyro is seeking a Collections Team Lead in the Philippines to oversee a dynamic team focused on timely debt recovery. You will drive targets, monitor QC and compliance, and coordinate with IT for dialer reliability.

Strong leadership and English communication are essential. Ideal candidates have several years in collections or call center environments, including supervisory experience, and are proficient with dialers, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–4+ years in collections or call center operations.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with PDS Dialer or similar outbound dialer systems.
• Familiarity with telephony dashboards, QA/QC tools, and reporting software.
• Must speak and communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in dialer optimization and traffic management (preferred).
• Knowledge of fraud detection and prevention in call operations (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee collections team to meet cash targets and monitor performance.
• Monitor QC scores and compliance and coach for improvements.
• Manage PDS Dialer system and ensure smooth call flow.
• Coach agents and ensure adherence to standards and attendance.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance, dialer metrics, and productivity.
• Escalate call-related issues and coordinate with Telephony/IT teams.
