Job summary

Maya is seeking a Collections Strategy Specialist in the Philippines to drive end-to-end collections initiatives for Credit Cards. You will coordinate with the Collections Operations Team to ensure strategies are executed and continuously monitored.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. You will work with various stakeholders to track progress and impact of key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• 3–5 years of Credit Card Collections and Collections Strategy experience.
• Knowledge in Credit Card Collections.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to ensure execution and monitoring.
• Knowledge in collections performance analysis and strategy effectiveness.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and self-motivated.

Collections Strategy Specialist

Overview

The Collections Strategy Specialist is responsible in the overall execution of collections strategies to be implemented by the Collections Operation team's for all loan products of the bank but with more focus on Credit Cards.

What you will be doing

• Create and execute end-to-end strategies to maximize collections for Credit Cards.
• Coordinate with the bank's Collections Operations Team and ensure that the collections strategies are being executed and continuous monitoring is being implemented.
• Analyze collections performance and measure effectiveness of strategies.
• Manage stakeholders and key resources for timely implementation and tracking of key initiatives.

What we are looking for

• A Bachelor's Degree holder
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Credit Card Collections and Collections Strategy
• Knowledge and experience in Credit Card Collections
• Experience in collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure that collections strategies are executed and monitored
• Knowledge in collections performance analysis and effectiveness of collections strategies
