Job summary

Kredivo Group in Metro Manila is hiring a Collection Strategy & Analytics Analyst to develop, monitor, and optimize collection strategies that improve portfolio performance and maximize recoveries.

You will partner with Collections Operations and cross-functional teams to analyze performance, run A/B tests, and translate insights into data-driven actions that enhance efficiency and customer outcomes. Requirements include 2+ years in collections analytics and proficiency in SQL or Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, math, economics, finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in collections strategy or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or R.
• Experience with collection management systems, dialers, decision engines, or segmentation tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, statistics, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with proactive mindset and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze collections KPIs, delivering reports and recommendations.
• Partner with Collections Operations to translate strategy into execution.
• Develop and optimize collection strategies using data and feedback.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to identify effective treatments and recovery strategies.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance and customer experience.
• Support new collection programs with analytical insights and monitoring.
• Perform portfolio segmentation and behavioral analysis.
• Collaborate with Risk, Product, Operations, and Tech on initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports and outputs.
• Stay updated on industry practices and regulatory developments.
