Job summary

We Search Searchers Staffers Corp in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Tele Collector to manage outbound calls for collecting outstanding invoices and maintain AR records. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer interaction, and timely updates to ageing data.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Finance, Accountancy or any related field.
• At least 1 year of related work experience as a Tele Collector or similar experience.
• Customer facing experience
• Understand the Billing and Account Receivable (A/R) process
• Basic knowledge on A/R Ageing and Statement of Account
• Basic understanding of Philippine Tax (VAT & EWT)
• Analytical skill assessment
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office Applications
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer via telephone
• Provide a written record of the status of the outstanding invoices for the assigned clients
• Update of customers’ address/contact details on collection pick-up and billing submission
• Collection follow up
• Record in Southbend Collection Itinerary of confirmed collections.
• Access and update AR Ageing Tracker for confirmed collections.
• Coordinate customer disputes to Credit and Control Team.
• Update daily call logs.
• Serve as admin support to Credit and Control Team during collection calls off peak days – tasks include but not limited to scanning and filing.
