East West Banking Corporation in Ortigas is seeking a Collections Officer / Team Head to manage long-outstanding loan accounts through reconciliation and effective collection actions. You will support delinquent accounts and help achieve collection targets, working on-site with the Operations Team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance and at least 1 year of credit or collections experience, with strong communication and coordination skills.

• At least 1 year of experience in credit or collections.
• Working knowledge of collections processes and basic banking operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.

• Reconcile and review auto loan accounts to support timely collection and resolution
• Implement account maintenance such as reversals, adjustments, and client information updates
• Record all collection actions accurately in the system
• Endorse accounts for skip tracing, field visits, or repossession when necessary
• Facilitate insurance claims and process redemption requests
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and resolve issues within standard timelines

In this role you will manage long-outstanding card, personalauto and mortgageloan accounts through reconciliation, adjustments, and effective collection actions. You will support the resolution of delinquent accounts and contribute to achieving collection targets.
