Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities are required.
• Experience in collections is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and monitor resolution of requests per SLAs.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and resolution.
• Respond to inquiries from cardholders and business units with proper endorsements.
• Promote a customer-first culture by evaluating processes and SLAs.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback including potential fraud indicators to management.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, ethics, and BSP requirements.
