You will conduct field engagements with overdue clients, negotiate payment plans, keep detailed records, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements related to debt collection.

Qualifications

• Any 4-year course with diploma.
• Experience as Collection Associate/Specialist preferred.
• Driver's license (non-professional or professional) required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field engagements with overdue clients to recover receivables.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers to settle debts.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective collections.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and legal requirements related to debt collection.
