Qualificações

• 4-year course with a diploma is preferred
• Driver's license (Non-Professional or Professional)
• Ability to drive motor vehicles

Responsabilidades

• Conduct professional field engagements with overdue clients to assess financial barriers and facilitate the expedited recovery of outstanding receivables
• Negotiate payment plans and arrangements to help customers settle their debt
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and payment activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and effective collections process
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to debt collection
